The University of Valencia’s radio station, which belongs to MediaUni, has devoted one of its programmes— Naturalment— to ants and their capacity to carry heavy objects. This question had already been formulated in or «Whys and Wherefores» section . The biologist Sergio Montagud answered this question, who granted an interview to MediaUni. The biologist reminded that ants can lift up to 50 times their own weight and 30 times the volume of their bodies.
