Ana Rosa Ballester works at CSIC's Institute of Agrochemistry and Food Technology (IATA). She is a senior scientist and agricultural engineer from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) and holds a PhD from the University of Valencia (UV). She currently works in the Department of Food Biotechnology and in the Physiology, Postharvest Pathology and Biotechnology Group.
