Relations between genes throw light upon cancer research

Researchers from the University of Valencia, led by Isabel Fariñas, professor of Cell Biology, have published an article in the journal Cell Stem Cell where they explain their findings on cancer research. They have found that Sox2 gene regulation depends on gene p21, which throws some light upon the causes for lung cancer,  pituitary gland cancer or nervous system cancer.
