Science and Nazism

This Mètode Science Studies Journal monograph will deal with how National Socialism modelled the scientific development in order to serve its ideological interests. Questions such as heritage, racial purity, eugenics, Lebensraum, physics, or mathematics formed a scientific and academic agenda in which German researchers participated actively.

The aim of this Mètode SSJ monograph is to revisit all these subjects from a multidisciplinar perspective and with a contemporary view, in order to fully understand how political pressure can distort scientific research.
