Are there any dietary supplements that can prevent COVID-19?
Essentially there is no supplement that can prevent the coronavirus. What we have seen is that there are many patients who have suffered from the coronavirus and have vitamin D deficiency. There are several trials now underway to see if supplementing with vitamin D could not so much prevent coronavirus but improve the situation for patients in some way. But as yet there is no evidence.
