Rafael Capurro
PhD in Philosophy. He was the founder of the International Centre for Information Ethics (ICIE) in Karlsruhe (Germany) and is an emeritus professor of Information Science and Information Ethics at Stuttgart Media University (Germany). His research focuses in hermeneutics, information ethics, the fundamentals of information science, and angeletics (message theory). He has published several books in these areas, the latest of which is Homo digitalis (Heidelberg, 2017). [email protected]
